What AI calling does

An AI sales persona makes the calls you authorize and saves results on each lead.

  1. 01

    Pick the businesses

Choose up to five saved Canadian or US leads. Review the number, business use, permission and local calling hours.

  2. 02

    Brief your persona

Choose Alex, Marissa or Nico. Add your offer, company, name and a reachable business callback number you are authorized to share.

  3. 03

    Slide to confirm

Confirm required AI calling permission and authorize the selected calls. The server checks eligibility again before submission.

  4. 04

    Review the results

Available transcripts, summaries, Hot/Warm/Cold ratings and meeting requests appear on the lead. Meeting interest is not a confirmed booking.

What permission do I need?

Obtain permission before the call. It must cover AI or artificial-voice sales calls from the specific selling company to the specific number.

  • For US mobile AI marketing calls, obtain prior express written consent meeting the applicable requirements, including the recipient’s signature, number and authorization for the seller’s artificial-voice marketing calls. Consent cannot be a condition of purchase.
  • For Canadian AI sales calls, obtain prior express consent covering automated or synthesized-voice sales calls by or on behalf of your company to that number.
  • Keep the wording, date, number, seller identity and evidence of agreement. A generic quote request, customer relationship or business card alone does not establish AI calling permission.
  • Respect withdrawal immediately. Never reconfirm permission on someone’s behalf after withdrawal.

LeadAtlas360 records your attestation rather than collecting the consent document. Saved confirmations are tied to your account, lead, number and selling company and accepted for up to 366 days. That platform limit is not a legal consent-validity period; withdrawal or changed circumstances can end permission sooner.

Where the rules come from

The FCC treats AI-generated voices as artificial voices under the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Artificial-voice telemarketing to mobile numbers generally requires prior express written consent. Business landlines follow a different federal path; residential, state, identification and do-not-call requirements can still apply.

Canada’s CRTC regulates synthesized-voice sales calls through its automatic dialing-announcing device rules. Prior express consent is required, including for business calls. It must identify the person on whose behalf the automated call is made and the number to be called.

What the AI is configured to do

  • Identify itself as an AI assistant and name the selling company.
  • Disclose recording and transcription, ask whether it may continue and explain that the recipient can ask not to be called again.
  • Give your callback number when asked and before ending the call.
  • End politely on refusal and record do-not-call requests on your account’s suppression list.
  • Start calls Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm in the business’s local time. Available Google hours further restrict this window. Each call is limited to five minutes.

Your part

The opening disclosure does not replace permission required before the call. Your confirmation attests to seller-specific AI calling permission. Sliding to confirm authorizes those calls and attests to business use, required permission and an authorized, reachable business callback number.

Changing the selling company clears form confirmations. Withdrawing a saved confirmation cancels queued calls and requests that active calls stop. If a provider outcome is uncertain, reconcile call history. Use the do-not-call control to block future AI calls to the number from your account.

How calling credits work

A connected call uses 100 credits for up to five minutes, including voicemail. Credits are reserved before submission. Confirmed failures and unanswered calls release the reservation; uncertain outcomes remain reserved until reconciled.

Eligible verified accounts can receive 100 introductory credits once, subject to availability and abuse controls. Eligible paid monthly invoices grant 1,000 credits; paid annual invoices grant 12,000 upfront. Zero-value subscription trial invoices do not grant paid allowances. Optional packs are one-time purchases plus applicable taxes, with no automatic top-up.

A CLEARER START

Common questions

Can the AI call a business I have never spoken to?

The ready path requires a validated US landline, fixed VoIP or toll-free type plus your confirmation of business use and applicable outreach requirements. US mobile or unconfirmed lines and all Canadian numbers need prior seller-specific AI calling permission.

Does a landline result prove it is a business?

No. Carrier data shows technology. Independently verify business use; residential numbers cannot use the business-line path.

Do I upload proof of permission?

No. You attest to required seller-specific AI calling permission in the form. Keep the underlying evidence, including written consent for US mobile AI marketing calls.

When do calls start?

Weekdays from 9 am to 8 pm in the business’s local time. Available Google hours must also show it open. Google open-now status never extends this window.

What happens after a do-not-call request?

The agent is configured to end the call and the number is added to your account’s do-not-call list. You can also add a number yourself before calling.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. The agent is configured to disclose recording and transcription at the start and ask whether it may continue. Available transcripts and summaries are saved privately on the lead.

Is this legal advice?

No. Safeguards do not establish that every proposed call is lawful. Check requirements for your location, recipients and industry, and get legal advice where needed.
