Independent salespeople, IT and service providers, consultants and agencies who want more local business. If your customers are within driving distance, it’s built for you.
Search by address and radius anywhere in Canada or the US, including every province, territory and state. Coverage is deepest in larger cities, and it keeps growing. You can also import your own directory CSV to fill any gaps.
Yes. Choose Draw territory on the map and click around the area you cover, such as a neighbourhood, a few postal codes or a sales route. The search keeps only businesses inside your outline. Save territories to reuse them (3 on Explorer, 50 on Prospector) and choose Watch this territory to hear about new businesses there.
Yes. Run a search and choose Watch this area. We re-check it every week and flag businesses that weren’t listed before, which often means they just opened. Explorer watches 1 area; Prospector watches 10 and can email you when new ones appear.
Every record shows when it was last checked, and anything a business doesn’t publish is marked as not published instead of guessed. Profiles add what businesses publish on their own websites, and you can import your own directory too. Coverage varies by area, so give important details a quick check before you reach out.
No. People appear only when a business publishes them, for example on its own website. Profiles can be incomplete or out of date, and missing details stay marked as unknown instead of guessed.
A location search counts when you request a business list. A research check counts when you research a company website or request a public-record lookup; website checks include mobile app links. Filtering results you’ve already loaded, writing outreach drafts and exporting CSVs don’t use anything. Paid search and research allowances reset monthly from your start date. Free ones reset on the first of each month (UTC) and don’t roll over.
Emails never go out on their own: email links open a draft you review and send, and phone numbers are tap-to-call. AI calling is different: once you pick the leads and start a batch, an AI persona places the calls for you during business hours.
Choose a persona (Alex, Marissa or Nico), describe your offer, pick New lead or Follow-up and select up to 5 saved leads. Calls start weekdays from 9 am to 8 pm in the business’s local time, and only while it is open when Google hours are available. Carrier technology alone does not prove business use. Verify each ready US line is a business number. US mobile or unconfirmed lines need prior written permission for AI sales calls from your company to that number; Canadian numbers need prior express AI calling permission. Each call says it’s an AI, discloses recording, gives your callback number, honours “don’t call me” and stops after 5 minutes. The transcript, summary, Hot/Warm/Cold rating and any meeting request are saved on the lead in your Sales Pipeline.
The ready path requires a validated US landline, fixed VoIP or toll-free type and your confirmation of business use and applicable outreach requirements. US mobile or unconfirmed lines require prior written permission for your company’s AI sales calls; Canadian numbers require prior express AI calling permission. Keep evidence and respect opt-outs. Tap-to-call remains subject to applicable outreach rules. The AI calling FAQ at leadatlas360.com/ai-calling-faq explains why.
Each connected AI call uses 100 credits and lasts up to 5 minutes. Eligible verified accounts can receive 100 credits once. Eligible paid monthly invoices grant 1,000 credits; annual invoices grant 12,000 upfront. Zero-value subscription trial invoices do not grant paid calling allowances. Top up with one-time Starter, Growth or Scale packs, or Team, Department and Enterprise packs of 100, 500 and 1,000 calls for bigger teams, plus applicable taxes.
A CRM built into LeadAtlas360. Saved leads appear on a board by stage (New, Contacted, Qualified, Won). Each one keeps its temperature, notes, follow-up date, AI call history and Google open status. Switch to a list view, filter by temperature or follow-ups due, and export to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive on Prospector.
Yes: Sales Hub. The team owner gets a shared territory map with a colour for each rep, assigns territories, leads and daily visit routes (or lets reps draw and claim their own territories), and follows every rep’s check-ins, calls, pipeline, deal values, weighted forecast and overdue follow-ups. Add team managers if you need them. Sales reps see their own numbers and the team totals. Sales Hub is CAD $149 a month with 3 seats included and CAD $35 for each extra seat (USD $119 and $29). Every seat includes full Prospector and adds 1,500 AI calling credits to the team pool each paid month, and annual billing gives you 2 months free. Owners and managers can pause or remove sales reps any time; a removed rep’s seat stays yours until your next bill and isn’t billed after that.
Draw territories on the team map and assign each to a rep. The table under the map shows each territory, its rep, the team leads inside it and how many businesses it contains. When a teammate saves a lead to the team pipeline, it’s placed in its territory and, if you turn it on, assigned to that territory’s rep automatically. You choose whether reps can draw or adjust their own territories, see teammates’ leads and claim unassigned ones.
Every paid seat adds 1,500 AI calling credits to one team pool each month. Each person gets a monthly allowance from the pool, and the team owner or a manager can give or take back credits any time. Sales reps don’t buy credits themselves; they ask for more right in Sales Hub. When someone leaves the team, their unused team credits go back to the pool.
Yes. Owners and managers build a visit route from team leads, put it in the shortest order and assign it to a rep for the day. Reps get Google Maps directions and check in at each stop with what happened. With their permission, a check-in confirms they were on site: only the distance from the stop is saved, never their location. Activity shows every rep’s visits, AI calls and pipeline moves for today or the week.
Explorer gives you 5 location searches and 3 company research checks a month, up to 25 businesses per search and 10 leads in your Sales Pipeline. No credit card. Prospector adds full results, 100 searches and 100 checks a month, 2,000 pipeline leads, AI calling credits on eligible paid invoices, CSV exports and shared team lists.
Prospector Annual is USD $350 a year, paid upfront. That works out to USD $29.17 a month and saves you USD $70 compared with paying monthly. Your search and research allowances still refresh every month. Eligible paid annual invoices grant 12,000 calling credits upfront.
Yes. Your first Prospector subscription starts with 7 days free. You add a card at checkout, but you’re not charged until day 8, and you can cancel anytime before then from the billing portal. The free Explorer plan stays available with no card at all.
Yes. Turn off renewal in the billing portal and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Free plan, no card. Run a search tonight, save the best ones to your pipeline, and you’ll have a few names to call in the morning.
